Unwell Non-Live Exit

Every request Carla and Ade made in the Non-Live Unwell Inventory thread (10/06–10/16): what was asked, what has been answered, and what is still owed. Counts are from the WMS as of 2026/10/18.

What they need, in one line

Carla needs to go back to the Unwell team with how many boxes of non-live inventory are at zeroUV and what it costs to prep and send it to them. Ade added that it moves out next week, so the boxes should be repacked into clean cartons with counts at least 95% accurate.

Request register

Each request from Carla and Ade, in the order they asked. Status is what the thread shows. An answer given only by phone or text counts as open until it is written in the thread.

Quote QT-00002-CHD

Sent 10/15 under JOB-5015, valid until 2026/10/29. It assumes 10 pallets, 25 prepared cartons and 8 hours. Those numbers are why Carla could not use it: the real figures are about 15 non-live pallets and about 153 boxes.

Thread timeline

10/06
TUE
Carla opens the thread with the May non-live report. Asks for a carton estimate and whether the report is complete.
10/08
THU
Carla chases. Viet: the brand predates the WMS; only the Vegas drop has been active; the West Tour stock hasn't been touched; the seersucker / rose pallets were added since May and need spot-checking.
10/13
TUE
Carla can't find Export, so Viet restores the export pills and sends the inventory and Records exports. Carla returns the sheet colour-coded green / yellow / red, asks for yellow carton counts, asks whether 1 row = 1 carton, and asks for a carton-count field in the export.
10/14
WED
Carla asks for a same-day quote on exit prep for the yellow items and says not to start the prep yet.
10/15
THU
QT-00002-CHD sent ($1,150; 10 pallets / 25 cartons / 8 hrs assumed). Carla is confused by 25 cartons vs 10 pallets. Viet: the 25 was arbitrary and Unwell is about 16 pallets, all but 1–2 of them stagnant. Carla: “please give me clear information ASAP … 9 days.” Viet and Ade talk by phone.
10/16
FRI
Ade: Hot Mess to the office today; Unwell box dims and exact count; start prepping into nice boxes at 95% accuracy; moves out next week. The floor team measures and weighs 153 boxes that afternoon. Gina chases. Viet: no Hot Mess left; measurements by end of day.

Flags & next steps

Send one clear numbers email
Reply to Carla and Ade with: non-live box count, units, carton dims, weights and pallet count (Section 03), plus a re-issued quote at the real counts. This answers requests 1, 3, 5, 8, 13 and 15 at once.
Floor 226 boxes vs WMS 161
The 16 UNWELL pallets hold 226 boxes by floor count, but the WMS has 161 box records. About 65 cartons are not in the WMS, probably the pre-WMS stock Viet mentioned on 10/08. Ade wants 95% accuracy, so count these before quoting a box total.
Map Carla's yellow rows
Her CB Edits sheet (10/13) is the source of truth for live vs non-live vs destroy. Tag the matching BOX IDs (e.g. a status or event) so the export answers her directly next time.
Re-issue QT-00002-CHD
Revise it to about 15 pallets and about 153 or more cartons before 10/29. Also check the two $2 per-carton lines (RC-602 “Exit prep” and RC-112 “Per carton prepared”): together they may bill one carton twice.
Prep go-ahead in writing
Carla (10/14): don't start prep. Ade (10/16): start prepping. Get one written go-ahead in the thread before repacking.
Answer “1 row = 1 carton?”
Yes for the Records export: one BOX ID record per carton. Say so in the thread, and log the carton-count-in-export idea as a WMS feature request.
Hot Mess / Alix Earle
None on hand. No WMS record matches. The office request (Ade 10/16) needs nothing sent.
Export access
Export pills restored at the bottom of each Client Inventory view (CSV / PDF / Excel / Sheets). Carla confirmed 10/13.
