zeroUV, a warehouse and fulfillment services provider, operates WarehouseOPS and administers its accounts ("we", "us"), and decides how the information below is used. The Provider of the WarehouseOPS software (currently zeroUV; see Who's who in the Terms of Service) hosts and processes it on zeroUV's behalf to run the platform, under this policy. Questions about this policy go to viet@zerouv.com.
When an administrator connects WarehouseOPS to QuickBooks Online, we access the connected company through Intuit's API to create invoices and to read invoice status and balances. We store the OAuth tokens Intuit issues, the connected company identifier, and the invoice records exchanged. We do not access other QuickBooks data, and we do not sell or share QuickBooks data with third parties. The connection can be revoked at any time from the QuickBooks Online "Apps" settings or by disconnecting inside WarehouseOPS, after which stored tokens are no longer usable.
We do not use personal information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Data is shared only with service providers that host or deliver the application on our behalf — Google (Firebase hosting, database, storage and authentication; Workspace email), email delivery providers for notifications (Resend), Twilio for text messages, Slack for team messaging, ShipStation and parcel carriers to create labels and ship orders, PostHog for product analytics, Anthropic to run AI-assisted features (the assistant, the in-app agent, email drafting and suggestions; content sent to these features is processed to produce the response and is not sold or used by us for advertising), and Intuit QuickBooks Online when the integration is connected — and with a client only for the client's own records. We may disclose information when required by law.
Operational and billing records are kept for as long as they are needed for warehouse operations, accounting, and legal record-keeping. Account information is kept while the account is active and removed on request when no longer needed.
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with access limited by role. Integration credentials are kept in a secrets store that the application's users cannot read. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users can review and correct their account information by contacting us, and clients can request a copy or deletion of their records subject to our record-keeping obligations. Contact viet@zerouv.com.
When you sign in with Google, WarehouseOPS receives your name, email address and profile photo from your Google account. We use them only to identify you, show your name in the application, and record who made each change. Staff members who connect their own Google Workspace account to an integration (for example email drafts, calendar events or Google Sheets) authorize it for that account only, and it is used only to perform the feature they turned on.
We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to anyone except the service providers in section 5 as needed to run the application. WarehouseOPS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove WarehouseOPS’s access at any time from your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party apps with account access).
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
